18th, April 2018, 3 French psychiatrists headed by Dr. Daniel Gorans, chief physician of the Mental Health Hospital in Nantes, visited BMUH. Party Secretary Jinggang Zhao and President Jianmin Li met with the guests together.

 

On the welcoming ceremony, Mr. Jinggang Zhao, on behalf of the hospital, extended his welcome over French experts’ visit. He stressed that Dr. Daniel Gorans had set up a studio at BMUH, which is of great significance for BMUH staff to learn internationally advanced psychological treatment methods, and help promote the disciplinary development. He hoped that both parties could take this opportunity to fully exchange diagnosis and treatment techniques, discuss talent training approaches so as to achieve a win-win development. Li Jianmin briefed the guests on the hospital history, recent achievements, and foreign-related activities. In fluent Chinese, Dr. Gorans enthusiastically expressed his willingness to expand exchanges and cooperation on the basis of mutual benefit.

 

Dr. Gorans and his colleagues have carried out a series of academic activities in BMUH including giving academic lectures, treating mental patients and participating in intractable case consultation.
