BMUH now possesses one drug clinical trail organization granted the certificate by the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA), four provincial-level key disciplines, three provincial-level key research centers, one cancer research center,one clinical and experimental research laboratory and one SPF grade animal room, which are essential to perform basic,clinical and translational research activities and promote our medical treatments for a wide variety of health concerns.

In the past three years, BMUH staff have taken on nine national-level science projects, including one key program, thirty provincial-level science projects, obtained five provincial-level awards of science and technology progress, published one hundred and twenty-four SCI indexed academic papers, one hundred and seven professional books, and been authorized fifty-three invention patents.
