In February, 2010, the collaborative clinical training program for doctors was jointly established by the Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Sydney, Australia and Binzhou Medical University Hospital. And the Cooperation Agreement on partnership and development between the 2 hospitals was signed in November, 2011. Under this agreement both parties will further cooperation in medical services and other clinical, educative and research issues on the basis of mutual benefit and interest through exchange and personnel training.

 

Up to now, 10 of our doctors have received a three-month clinical training at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead and the Westmead Hospital. Due to the training in wards, operation theaters and clinics, they learned both cutting-edge clinical techniques and management approaches. Some of them also promoted their creativity and research ability through participating in research projects.
