On March 30, 2021, BMUH held a farewell ceremony in honor of Dr. Lyu Xiaotong, attending surgeon of Hepatobiliary Surgery Department, member of the 18th Chinese Medical Team to Seychelles, who was going to carry out a two-year assignment in Seychelles.

 

Mr. Li Jianmin, President of BMUH, expressed gratitude to Dr. Lyu for his dedication on behalf of all the medical staff of the hospital. He pointed out Chinese medical teams had made significant contributions to friendship, partnership and brotherhood between China and Africa countries. He hoped that Dr. Lyu would make due efforts to protect the health of local people and enhance the friendship between China and Seychelles.
