Dr. Chengwei Qin, head of the 25th Chinese Medical Team to Tanzania, Vice Director of Anesthesiology Department, successfully completed the medical aid mission and returned with honor in January 2021. A warm welcome ceremony was hold on February 5th.

In June 2018, Dr. Chengwei Qin as the head of Chinese Medical Team took a long journey to Tanzania. During two and a half years, bearing in mind the responsibility and mission, he devoted himself to disease treatment, epidemic prevention and control, and cultural exchanges. Besides, he led the team members to actively carry out new technologies and projects, academic training, free clinics, science popularization education and other activities, which expanded the influence of the Chinese Medical Team.

Dr. Qin and his team gained trust and praise from local government and the people with their high degree of responsibility and skillful medical expertise.
