In order to play the leading role of provincial medical center, Binzhou Medical University Hospital organized the “International Yellow River Delta Forum on Hospital Management” during 19-21, April 2016 in Binzhou Hotel. 

 

6 internationally renowned management masters and experts from Mayo Clinic, Western Sydney Local Health District and SGP International Management Academy were invited to attend the forum and share their unique experience and elaborate on the essentials of hospital management surrounding the theme of “Openness and Collaboration, Innovation and Pioneering”.

 

3 nationally well-known hospital management experts were also invited to deliberate hospital management strategies and explore new developments against the background of new healthcare system reform. 

 

About 500 hospital presidents and managers from more than 70 medical institutions attended the forum. In order to achieve mutual understanding and exchange, all the presentations and speeches were delivered with bilingual interpretations. 

 

It is the first time to organize such an international forum in Binzhou City. Both the audience and the guest speakers were satisfied with the service and organization. The forum provides a valuable opportunity for local hospital managers to learn from top hospitals at home and abroad, exchange hospital management strategies against the background of new medical reform, hence, helps local hospitals to achieve a healthy and sustainable development.
